The England and Irish Lions lost a painfully close series umpire to South Africa as Morne Steyn Morne Steyn ‘s late penalty sealed a 19-16 victory.

Steyn, 37, took the kick, who settled the 2009 series and proved little has changed as he led the Springboks ahead with two more minutes.
